Quality Inspector
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform inspection of raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
- To perform 100% or sampling inspection with proper tool selection for inspection based on drawing and customer requirement.
- To initiate, manage and update inspection tools master list tracking with assigned number.
- To identify traceability on each equipment with controlled number or equivalent.
- To issue IPQC Report as per requirement by customer.
Requirements:
- Possess somebasic knowledge in CNC Milling is an added advantage
- School leaver or fresh graduate in manufacturing & engineering field is also accepted
- Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
- Good physical shape(jobs include a significant amount of bending, lifting, moving, and standing)
- Good communication, computer and math skills
- Good initiatives & self-started with strong team work spirit
- Positive working attitude
- Willing to learn, meticulous and able to multi-task

Grinding Machinist
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To prepare and operate grinding machines to grind work pieces such as dies, parts and tools.
- To set up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.
- To understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading work instruction, engineering drawings etc.
- To supervise the machines while working progress and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- To inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements using proper inspection tools to determine if the process has been completed properly.
- To check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
Requirements:
- Possess some basic knowledge in Grinding is an added advantage
- School leaver or fresh graduate in manufacturing & engineering field is also accepted

- To perform tapping, manual buffing and polishing of parts if required.

- To prepare and operate Wire Cut & EDM machines. To set up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts.
- To perform manual touch up of parts if required.
- To understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading work instruction, engineering drawings etc.
- To prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- To supervise the machines while works in progress and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

Welder
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading work instruction, engineering drawings and take measurements to plan layout and processes.
- To determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.

- To perform welding for small or large components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions in accordance to the specifications.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a welder is preferred
- A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is preferred
