Leadership Management Skill Sharing

Background: Supervisors are being promoted to their current role due to their vast practical technical experiences and good working attitude. Nevertheless, many are lack of exposure to management knowledge and communication skill.
Objective: To improve their knowledge through stories of real life experience (persistency, continuous learning & improvement attitude, growth in business, positive mentality & strong willpower) from the invited entrepreneurs/ managers, so as to motivate them to enhance their ideas and mentality for self development in particular.
