MIDA–UNESCAP ASEAN Study Tour Visit to PAC

As part of Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship, MIDA and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) organized an ASEAN Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) Study Tour to Penang, featuring a site visit to PAC to showcase Malaysia’s strong local supply chain ecosystem.
The visit brought together around 25 delegates from MIDA, UNESCAP, the ASEAN Secretariat and ASEAN IPAs, and included a welcome briefing, an introduction to PAC, an overview of its operations, and a guided plant tour.
